New Year's Eve Realization
This year, I have met Phylicia Rashad, Matt Cavenaugh, and Audra McDonald. Well, I didn’t get to talk to Ms. Rashad when she visited my school, but I was inches away from her and heard her sassy voice. But I did get to meet the oh-so handsome Matt Cavenaugh and got to go to an Audra concert and actually talk to her. I usually don’t see this many well-known people in one year.
Went to buy Look I Made A Hat
It was of course nowhere to be found. And not to walk out of a bookstore, I bought Howl’s Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones. I almost got Downton Abbey…that big pink book and I will be together eventually.

It’s true, my fluency is just slightly average and I only helped myself to a single waffle this morning. This has been a Liz Lemon inspired post, seeing as I got the 3rd season of 30 Rock. Merry Christmas!

Random thought
Whenever I get my own place after I graduate, one of the first things I’m getting is a nice, big bookshelf. I have a desk and this weird piece of furniture with tiny shelves. So most of my books are piled up on the desk or sprawled out sporadically on my bedroom floor. So that’s what I’d like after graduation: a nice bookshelf.
Oh yeah, and a job.
I just listened to "Run and Tell That" on repeat...
I forget that it’s on my iPod, and when it comes on shuffle, it’s hard for me to stop playing it over and over again.
PS I want Corey Reynolds’ magical riffing powers.
I won't be getting paid till next week.
Grrr. Plus, I’ve heard too many versions of Last Christmas today.
